Brussels unhappy with Slovenia’s reform efforts
The European Commission has warned Slovenia is running ever greater risk of delays in implementing its recovery and resilience plan. It urged the country to adopt decisions on announced reforms without delay.

Slovenia receives first €50 million from EU recovery facility
The European Commission paid out the first €50 million to Slovenia from the Recovery and Resilience Facility on 20 April after the country met the 12 milestones required.

Turkish doctor back on duty after beating COVID-19
A Turkish doctor, who underwent treatment for COVID-19 after contracting the new coronavirus, returned back to his duty after recovering.
Ufuk Çobanoğlu, the head of Thoracic Surgery Department at a medical center of Van Yuzuncu Yil University in eastern Turkey, was diagnosed with the disease around a month ago, according to a statement from the university.
