President Basescu on Saturday meets Prince Charles, at Cotroceni Palace
President Traian Basescu, at the Cotroceni Palace, on Saturday, will have a meeting with His Royal Highness Charles, Prince of Wales.
According to a Presidential Administration release remitted to Agerpres, Basescu will receive Prince Charles in the Blue Hall at the Cotroceni Palace, starting 13:40, Romania's time.

Prince Charles also visited the St Nicholas Orthodox church and a museum in Brasov, according to news agency Agerpres.

Amid fears of low voter turnout, the government declared the day a national holiday. As of Monday noon, 12% of eligible voters had cast their ballots, Al-Jazeera reported.
