Russia's Lavrov presented with Serbian state decoration
Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic on Monday in Belgrade presented the Order of the Serbian Flag of the First Degree to Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
Lavrov was thus recognized for his outstanding contribution to developing and affirming peaceful cooperation and friendly relations between Serbia and Russia.
Result satisfies Pajtic, but DS will fight for every vote
BELGRADE - President of the Democratic Party (DS) Bojan Pajtic said Monday he was satisfied with the results the DS had achieved in Serbia's parliamentary elections, but the party would not let a single vote slip from its hands and was willing to seek access to all the minutes on the work of the election committees as they arrived at the Republic Electoral Commission (RIK).
Commission's latest results based on fewer polling stations
The Republic Electoral Commission (RIK) late on Tuesday announced the latest results from Serbia's parliamentary elections.
These were based on the ballots collected at 98.04 percent of all polling stations.
CeSID: 52.9 percent of eligible voters vote by 7 p.m.
BELGRADE - A body of 52.9 percent of Serbia's voting-eligible population cast their vote in Serbia's early parliamentary elections by 7 p.m. on Sunday, CeSID said in a release.
CeSID expects the turnout to be about 57 percent.
Preliminary Results Show Serbia's Incumbent PM Winning About Half of Votes
According to the latest preliminary results, the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) of Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic won about half of the votes in the early parliamentary elections held on Sunday.

First results: SNS wins 52%, three more lists in parliament
The pre-election coalition gathered around the SNS has won 52 percent of the votes cast in early parliamentary elections in Serbia on Sunday.
This is according to the preliminary results published by CeSID, based on 18 percent of the counted ballot papers.
Serbia Goes to Polls in Series of Elections
Voters in Serbia on Sunday choose new national and provincial parliaments as well as the largest number of local asemblies.
In the parliamentary elections, 20 political lists with a total of 3,270 candidates will be competing for 250 seats.
Some 15 election lists are taking part in the race for 120 seats in the assembly of the autonomous northern province of Vojvodina.

Election Commission confirms 21st list
Serbia's Republic Electoral Commission (RIK) proclaimed as valid the list "Out of defiance - Together for Serbia - People's Union."
The list has been submitted by the People's Union citizens group and is the 21st electoral list for early parliamentary elections scheduled for April 24.

18 election lists valid, 2 parties submitted forgeries
The national electoral commission (RIK) has declared valid 18 lists for April 24 early parliamentary elections valid by midnight on Saturday.
The deadline to submit the lists was midnight on Friday.
