Chad receives new aircraft, UAVs from Türkiye
The Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAŞ) has announced the delivery of three Hürkuş basic trainer aircraft and two Anka unmanned aerial vehicles to Chad.
In a video posted by the Chadian Defense Ministry, the Armée de l'Air Tchadienne (Chad Air Force) showcased the new equipment to President Mahamat Déby.

Turkey’s new 5B satellite goes into service
Turkey's new 5B communication satellite has been put into service as part of the government's National Space Program, which envisages having a total of 10 satellites in space by 2023, the centennial of the Republic of Turkey.

Türksat 5B satellite to come online next week
Türksat 5B telecommunication satellite will be put in service next week on June 14, Transport and Infrastructure Minister Adil Karaismailoğlu has announced.
"After a five-month journey, Türksat 5B reached orbit on May 17. Performance and orbit tests were conducted successfully. Now it is time to put the satellite in service," Karaismailoğlu said.

Turkey ready to send first Turk to space
Turkey has officially started the Turkish Space Traveler and Science Mission project, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan announced on May 23.
"We are officially starting the process of sending a Turkish citizen to space, within the scope of our National Space Program," Erdoğan said during a speech after the cabinet meeting.
