Croatian Security Chief's Fate Hangs in Balance

Protests Force out Croatian Veterans' Minister
Following more than a day of discussions within the Croatian government, War Veterans' Minister Mijo Crnoja resigned on Thursday evening.
Media reports had accused Crnoja of reporting a false residence, of tax and health insurance fraud, of acts of physical violence and of violations of private property. From the started, he rejected the claims.

Vucic congratulates newly-elected Croatian counterpart
Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic Saturday congratulated Tihomir Oreskovic on his election as Croatia's new prime minister.
Vucic "expressed his hope that Oreskovic and his cabinet would help in maintaining a peaceful and stable political situation in the region to serve everyone as support for making much needed economic progress."
Croatia's New Cabinet Draws Mixed Response
Croatian Prime Minister-designate Tihomir Oreskovic on Thursday presented the candidates for ministers in his future government, which will be voted in parliament on Friday.
Oreskovic presented the names of 20 ministers and two vice prime ministers, calling it "Tim's team", according to his own middle name.
