Vucic speaks with Jeremic

BELGRADE – Serbia’s First Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and President of the Center for International Relations and Sustainable Development (CIRSD) Vuk Jeremic have exchanged opinions on the importance of preserving political and economic stability in the country and its role in the international community, especially when it comes to Serbia’s 2015 OSCE chairmanship-in-office.

According to a release from the first deputy prime minister’s office, the Serbian government will continue to be guided by state and national interests rather than narrowly partisan ones, and Vucic expects Jeremic to continue with his active role in the most significant international forums.

As president of the General Assembly of the United Nations, Jeremic did a great job for Serbia and helped the country’s reputation grow in the international community, said Vucic.

Jeremic said that political stability is vital for Serbia, as it will help attract more foreign investment, adding that, as always, he will be ready to make maximum contribution to his country by way of his international action.
