Change of ownership structure inevitable for Bor complex

BOR - A change of ownership structure is inevitable for the Bor mining and smelting complex in 2018 and work is underway on a model for a tender to select a strategic partner, the company's manager, Blagoje Spaskovski, said Friday.

"The tender will be defined as early as the beginning of 2018, it will be completely transparent and a working group of the government of Serbia is working on its criteria right now. A majority stake is the objective because now is the ideal time to get a good investment from investors," said Spaskovski, who is a member of the working group.
