Grujicic: All wounded stable but still not out of danger

BELGRADE - Serbia's Health Minister Danica Grujicic on Friday extended condolences to the families of those killed in two massacres that took place in the country in the past 48 hours.

At a press conference held outside the building of the Emergency Medical Centre in Belgrade, Grujicic said two boys wounded in a school shooting two days ago had been discharged from a children's hospital but that a girl remained in critical condition due to a severe head injury.

"Six operating rooms were working at the same time, which has not happened since the 1990s. This is a big tragedy," Grujicic said, adding that 13 people had been wounded in last night's shooting in Mladenovac.

"Only one man is in critical condition, but the lives of all of them, even those with minor injuries, are still in danger because, with exit wounds, you can never be certain what other damage might...
