Turkey harshly slams Austria's top diplomat over remarks on Erdoğan

Turkey has lashed out at Austrian Foreign Minister Sebastian Kurz over his remarks on President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's planned rally in the country on the eve of an April 16 referendum, accusing the top diplomat of exceeding even "the most radical racist and xenophobic political parties" for his own personal political gain. 

South Stream 'Could Be Revisited' after Bulgaria Election - Hungary FM

Hungary's Foreign Minister has argued the abandoned South Stream gas pipeline project could be revisited following the early election in Bulgaria next month.

RIA Novosti quotes Peter Szijjarto as saying: "All these countries in the Western Balkans and Central Europe, we have the interest of revitalizing South Stream."

Early Election: Bulgarian Socialists Take Narrow Lead in Poll

The Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) has a narrow edge on conservative GERB less than a month before the early election in March, a new poll shows.

According to the Market Links survey, some 21.4% of respondents would vote for the BSP if elections were to be held on February 27.

IMF praises Serbian government

The IMF has praised "the outstanding results that the Serbian government has achieved in 2016 in all segments of the agreed reforms."

This is especially true of "the domain of fiscal policy," the Serbian government announced on Monday.

This statement followed a meeting in Belgrade between Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and head of the IMF Mission to Serbia James Roaf.

4 dead in California plane crash (videos)

A small plane crashed into two houses in Riverside, Calif., Monday evening, killing at least four persons and injuring two others.
The Cessna 310 aircraft crashed shortly after taking off from Riverside Municipal Airport. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said the plane was bound for San Jose.
