EU's neutral view on Kosovo's status is temporary
SARAJEVO - European Parliament's special rapporteur for Serbia Jelko Kacin said on Wednesday the EU's current neutral position on Kosovo's status was a temporary compromise, but he refused to speculate on what the ultimate solution would be and when it would come about.

Zimonjic/Nestor through to Rotterdam second round
ROTTERDAM - Serbia's Nenad Zimonjic and Canada's Daniel Nestor were successful in the Rotterdam opener on Wednesday.
In the first round, they outlasted American-Canadian pair James Cerretan/Adil Shamasdin 6-4, 3-6, 10-5.

Zakopalova ousts Ivanovic in Doha
DOHA - Serbia's Ana Ivanovic failed to reach the third round of the WTA singles tournament in Doha, after losing to Klara Zakopalova of the Czech Republic 4-6, 6-1, 6-3 in a second round match on Wednesday.
After winning the first set, Ivanovic lost her grip and the 32nd ranked Czech used the opportunity to clinch her first victory against the Serb.

Chinese investors interested in fruit farming
POZEGA - Chinese investors are interested in Serbia's fruit farming, Dragan Glamocic, Serbia's outgoing minister of agriculture, stated in Budimka factory in Pozega, which he visited on Wednesday together with investors from China.
“Potential investors from China are interested in Serbia's fruit farming sector,” Glamocic said.
