Bulgaria's IMRO (Internal Macedonian Revolutionary Organization) nominates Milen Mihov as presidential candidate and Maria Tsvetkova as vice president, the party's press office said. Mihov is a nominee for presidential candidate of the National Youth Committee of IMRO and Bulgarians from Macedonia, which was adopted unanimously at today's meeting of the National leadership.

At least 35 people were killed in Genoa on Tuesday when a part of the Morandi Bridge, a highway viaduct, collapsed.

Speaking on Tuesday, Vucic at the same time stated that "anyone who doesn't like something is free to leave."

He specified that this applies "to some from his own, but also from other parties (in power)."

Reuters reported that Minsiter of Transportation Danilo Toninelli warned the accident has likely resulted in "an immense tragedy."

The agency cited Italy's Adnkronos as reporting that local health officials believe "dozens" have died in the collapse.

Later in the day, Adnkronos said the death toll had reached 22 people.

This was the Serbian president's reaction to German Chancellor Angela Merkel saying a day earlier she was "against changing borders in the Balkans."

"She has already delineated us - only by separating Kosovo from Serbia," Vucic said, referring to his country's southern province, and the concept of "delineation" with the Albanians that he has been championing recently.

And he blamed "Belgrade and Brussels" for this.

Tanjug quoted UNMIK's Media Observer to report that Arifi told Kosovo-based Telegrafi newspaper that agreements reached during the technical dialogue are "largely not implemented and even those that initially had are now degrading."

In that sense, he referred to the agreement on freedom of movement.

SRNA agency received confirmation of this from Zvornik border police chief Mirel Imamovic.

Imamovic said that the group of migrants had attempted to cross into Bosnia from Serbia, but failed due to the river's high water.. Instead they got stranded on a river island.
