Buzau police have discovered a man who was offering for sale over 1,300 firecrackers, the pyrotechnic materials being confiscated and the man placed under criminal investigation for infringing the explosive materials regime, a press release of the Romanian General Police Inspectorate (IGPR) remitted on Saturday to AGERPRES informs.
