Serbia appreciates the support of Georgia for its territorial integrity and sovereignty, Serbian FM and OSCE Chairman Ivica Dacic said in Tbilisi on Tuesday.

He at the same time "voiced Serbia's support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia."

The Serbian Socialist Party's steering committee should be held in mid-June, when it will then choose a deputy leader for the party, four vice-presidents and the head of the executive board.

The latest survey suggests the party and its coalition allies enjoy the support of up to 15 per cent of the voters, which makes them the second strongest political force in Serbia.

Ivica Dacic says that the president's Kosovo platform is too late, that he is not familiar with its contents, but is himself "closer" to the policy if PM Vucic.

Serbian FM Ivica Dacic has stressed that the formation of a community of Serb municipalities (ZSO) is "a core issue for Belgrade" in the Kosovo talks.

Belgrade also "expects Pristina to adopt a decision on the setting up of a special court (for war crimes) as soon as possible."
