Injury makes Mitroglou doubtful for Greece's friendlies

Greece striker Costas Mitroglou has suffered a leg muscle injury and will stay out of action for the next three or four weeks, making him doubtful for the national team's friendly games next month.

Mitroglou was injured while training with his club in France, Olympique Marseille, and is certain to miss his team's European games against Sporting Braga for the Europa League.

World Cup: Greece draws 1-1 away to Belgium

The Greek national football team drew (1-1) against Belgium in the World Cup qualifying match. The Greeks took the lead at the start of the second half with a Mitroglou goal. The Belgians managed to save a point with a Lukaku goal in the 89th minute against a 10-man Greek side after the expulsion of Tachtsidis in the 65th minute.
