The European Union has said that "political interference undermines the consolidation of good neighborly relations."

This was the organization's reaction to Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama saying that "a union" between Albania and Kosovo "cannot be ruled out" if EU membership prospects for the region fade.

Mogherini to Macedonians: Don't play with fire

EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini says she is worried about the situation in Macedonia (FYROM).

Vucic: EU most significant destination for Serbia

BELGRADE - Serbia is on the European path, and remains firmly on it, Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic said after a meeting with EU foreign policy and security chief Federica Mogherini Friday.

At a joint press conference with Mogherini, Vucic said the EU was the most significant destination for Serbia and that he believed much improvement could be made in Serbia-EU relations.

BELGRADE - Serbian Parliament Speaker Maja Gojkovic met with EU foreign policy and security chief Federica Mogherini in Belgrade on Friday.

They agreed on the great significance of Mogherini's visit to Serbia and, in particular, to the Serbian parliament.
