VIENNA/BELGRADE - The participating states of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) adopted a declaration Tuesday calling for an immediate ceasefire in Ukraine and the full implementation of the Minsk agreements.
Kiev Launches Counter-Attack, Reclaims Donetsk Airport
There has been heavy fighting in the eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk as government forces have launched a counter-attack on the pro-Russian separatists.

KIEV -- Six persons - four Ukrainian soldiers and two civilians - have been killed in the fighting in eastern Ukraine in the past 24 hours.
Spokesman for the Ukrainian military Andriy Lisenko confirmed this during a news conference on Friday, saying that eight more soldiers were wounded during the same period of time.
