Tourist numbers in Serbia up by 10 percent in first quarter
BELGRADE - A total of 424,632 tourists visited Serbia from January to March this year, or 10 percent more compared to the same period in 2014, according to the data of the national statistics office.

BELGRADE -- There have been a total of 2.03 million tourists in Serbia in the period between January and November this year.
This is "on par with the first eleven months of last year," the National Tourism Organization of Serbia has said, quoting figures of the Serbian Statistical Office.

Forex revenue from tourism to be around USD 1.1 bln
BELGRADE - Serbia's foreign exchange revenue from tourism will amount to around USD 1.1 billion this year, Serbian Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Rasim Ljajic announced on Monday.

Tasovac: Museums must be included in tourism market
ZLATIBOR - Well-positioned cultural institutions and enhancement of cultural tourism can be an important segment of Serbia's economic development, Serbian Minister of Culture and Information Ivan Tasovac told a regional conference of the International Council of Museums (ICOM) on Mt. Zlatibor, a tourism hub and climatic resort in western Serbia.

ZLATIBOR - The 3rd International Sport Film Festival is taking place August 22-25 on Mt. Zlatibor, western Serbia.
The competition part of the program will feature 12 documentaries by filmmakers from India, England, East Timor, France, Russia, Poland, U.S., Canada,Turkey, Bulgaria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Serbia.
