Obama unveils $3 bn contribution to UN climate fund: US official
US President Barack Obama will pledge $3 billion to a UN fund aimed at mitigating the effects of climate change in the world's poorest countries, a US official said Nov. 14.
"It is in our national interest to helping vulnerable countries to build resilience to climate change," the administration official said as Obama headed to a G20 summit in Australia.
Four migrants killed after boat capsizes off Turkish coast

BELGRADE - Serbian President Tomislav NIkolic appointed Miodrag Nikolin as non-resident ambassasdor to the People's Democratic Republic of Laos, with his residence in Yangon, Myanmar, according to Official Gazette.
Bozin Nikolic was appointed non-resident ambassador to Namibia, with his office being in Pretoria, South Africa.

None of them had documents, but three said they were from Myanmar and the rest – from Syria.
