Junior Eurovision Opening Ceremony Postponed over Paris Attacks
Bulgarian public TV broadcaster BNT, host of this year's Junior Eurovision Song Contest, has postponed the Opening Ceremony to next week to honour the three days of mourning in France called over the deadly attacks in Paris.
Romania, the 20th to take to the stage in Eurovision Final
AGERPRES special correspondent Oana Ghita reports: Voltaj, the pop-rock band that represents Romania at the Eurovision contest, will be the 20th to perform in Saturday's Grand Final, following the organizers' decision on the order of the competing performances in the 2015 edition of the European Song Contest.
Bulgarian National TV Begins Preparations for Hosting Junior Eurovision
The Bulgarian National Television (BNT) has began preparations for hosting the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015.
It was announced on Monday that the contest will take place on November 21 at the Arena Armeec Hall in Sofia.

Bulgaria to Host Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2015
Bulgaria will host the 2015 Junior Eurovision after the 2014 winners from Italy withdrew from the organization of the event, officials have confirmed.
In last year's competition, Bulgarian representatives Krisia, Hasan and Ibrahim charmed the European audience and came in second place, right behind Vincenzo Cantiello from Italy.
Montenegro Govt to Pay Off State TV's Debt
Podgorica on Thursday announcd that it would take over the debts of the Public Broadcasting Service of Montenegro, RTCG, which are worth 2.4 million euros.
The contract will soon be signed by the Minister of Finance, Radoje Zugic and the CEO of RTCG, Rade Vojvodic.

EBU concerned about NERIT board change
The European Broadcasting Union (EBU), the professional association of national broadcasters, has written to the Greek government to ask for clarifications regarding a change in the way that the supervisory board of the new state radio and TV broadcaster, NERIT, is appointed, which may threaten the organizations independence.
