Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade on the photo of list after the tragedy
The Internal Control Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia requested the opinion of Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade as to whether the actions of the head of the Belgrade Police Department, Veselin Mili, have the characteristics of a criminal offense.
The Ministry of the Interior filed a criminal complaint against Bosko Obradovic
The report was filed due to participation in the incident that happened a few days ago in front of the National Assembly, when MP Marjan Risticevic was attacked.
Shaqiri's and Bajrami's Serbian documents revealed
The complaint as been filed to the First Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade.
Sabic reacted in this way because of suspicion that in the actions of one or more employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) contain elements of the criminal offense of unauthorized collection of personal data.

Ghita placed in 48-hour detention
BELGRADE - The First Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade has placed Romanian national Sebastian Ghita, arrested last night on a warrant issued by Bucharest, in 48-hour detention for possession of false documents, pending a decision on extradition custody.
Ghita has been detained for committing a crime in Serbia and using false documents.

Gendarmes indicted over incident involving PM's brother
BELGRADE -- The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade has issued an indictment against eight members of the MUP Gendarmerie (Zanadarmerija) unit.
They are accused of attacking Andrej Vucic, the brother of Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic, and Predrag Mali, the brother of Belgrade Mayor Sinisa Mali.
