Students will Protest Outside the Bulgarian Ministry of Education due to the State Exam in English
Graduates will protest in front of the Ministry of Education and Science on Monday with a request to change the state exam in English, on which they appeared on Thursday, the BNR reported in the attached file. According to the students, the exam contained "inaccuracies, ambiguities and grammatical errors".
Bulgarian Government Approves over BGN 21 Million for Children from Vulnerable Groups and for Training of Specialties
The Council of Ministers has approved additional transfers amounting to BGN 21,807,594 to municipal budgets for 2019 for children and pupils from vulnerable groups in kindergartens and schools, as well as for training classes for acquiring qualification in protected specialties and specialties with expected shortage in the labour market, said the government press office.
Most of the High Schools Graduates Will Sit a Biology or English Exam
The second mandatory exam for High Schools Graduates will take place tomorrow. At 6:00 in the morning, in room 5 of the Ministry of Education and Science, one of the attending journalists at the event will drag out the variant of the second mandatory state matriculation exam. The students have the right to choose between 13 subjects.
This year 41 716 students will take the test.
Today High School Graduates Take State Exam in Bulgarian Language and Literature
52 650 students have submitted applications for Bulgarian language and literature state exam, which is held today, the press center of the Ministry of Education and Science announced.
They must wear their personal ID card and attendance note for the exam. They are required to write with a black pen.
Bulgaria is Failing to Attract Funding for Science
