Serbian President Cancels Meeting With Kosovo Counterpart

After separate bilateral meetings between the EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini and the presidents of Serbia and Kosovo, Serbian President has scrapped a planned meeting with his Kosovo counterpart, Hashim Thaci, in Brussels.  

Vucic's announced visit to Kosovo this weekend is now also uncertain, Serbian media reported.

Serbia Threatens Serbs with Prison if They Decide to Join Kosovo Army

Director of Serbia's Office for Kosovo, Marko Djuric, called on Kosovo Serbs not to join the Army of Kosovo, and citing Serbian legislation he threatened local Serbs of severe punishments up to 10 years imprisonment, if they decide to become part of future army of Kosovo, Gazeta Express writes.

Kosovo-Serbia Deportation Row Blamed on Unclear Protocol

Experts are calling for more clarity in the procedures between Kosovo and Serbia on official visits, following the row over the deportation of a top Serbian official from Kosovo.

Kosovo authorities on March 27 deported Marko Djuric, head of Serbia's Office for Kosovo, after police arrested him in North Mitrovica for what it was said "illegally entry into the country".
