As Elvira Kova, a member of the delegation of the Serbian Assembly to the Council of Europe and vice-president of the Parliamentary Assembly of the CoE, said, at yesterday's session of the PSSE Bureau, it was decided to create only information about Albania's initiative.

The Serbian Assembly on Saturday adopted a new law boosting the rights of military invalids and giving some new rights to war veterans from the 1990s wars and World War II, although it failed to extend benefits to victims of conflicts outside Serbian territory.

Belgrade daily Vecernje Novosti is reporting this on Tuesday, adding that this occurred after Jovanovic spoke about "Russia and Russian President Vladimir Putin."

Head of Serbia's delegation to the NATO Assembly, Dragan Sormaz from the ruling SNS, who also took part in the meeting, told the newspaper that Jovanovic's address was "unpolitical and not statesmanlike."

Seselj told reporters on Thursday that the political gathering has been registered with the authorities and will be "peaceful."
