Iohannis: Security situation in Black Sea Extended Region, characterised by volatility
President Klaus Iohannis believes that the situation in the Black Sea Extended Region is currently characterised by volatility and is marked by the existence of conflict potential, trends that will, most likely, persist on the short and medium term.
Official Garbovan: CSM, no power to check legality of SRI protocols, ought to request declassification of that engineering
Chair of the National Union of Romanian Judges (UNJR) Dana Garbovan argues that the Supreme Council of Magistrates (CSM) has no powers to check the legality of the protocols between the Romanian Intelligence Service (SRI) and the Public Prosecution Service Ministry but it is under an obligation to request the declassification of such "engineering."
