Companies in Bulgaria have not Planned to Hire so Few Employees in Four Years

Bulgarian employers sharply reduce their plans for staff increases, according to the ManpowerGroup's regular employment survey. The forecast, which collects data from 620 employers from five regions in Bulgaria, is the weakest in the last four years, with hiring prospects decreasing by 2 percentage points compared to the previous quarter and by 5 percentage points on an annual basis.

Companies in Bulgaria are planning to increase their employees by ten percent in the last three months of 2018, according to a survey by ManpowerGroup, which surveyed 620 employers. Thus, the intentions did not change compared to the previous quarter, but there was a decrease of three percentage points compared to the same period last year, according to the data.
