US senators promise vaccines for Taiwan amid China row
The U.S. will give Taiwan 750,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccine, part of President Joe Biden's move to share tens of millions of jabs globally, three American senators said on June 6, after the self-ruled island complained that China is hindering its efforts to secure vaccines as it battles an outbreak.
US Senator Urges Russian Troops to Leave Moldova
Senator Christopher Coons on Tuesday tabled a draft resolution at the US Senate calling on Russia to fulfil the commitments it made at an OSCE summit in 1999 and pull its soldiers out of Moldova's breakaway region of Transnistria.
The resolution urges Russia to "withdraw its military forces and munitions from within the internationally recognised territory of Moldova".

Dacic to attend National Prayer Breakfast in Washington
The Serbian government has announced that Ivica Dacic will attend this year's National Prayer Breakfast in Washington DC.
Serbia's first deputy PM and foreign minister will take part in the event on Thursday at the invitation of U.S. senators John Boozman and Christopher Coons.
