A co-leader of the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) has declared his party's willingness to take part in a parliamentary panel to draft a new constitution, but underlined that some measures should first be taken to enable thee party to freely argue its opinions, particularly on autonomy.

Armed people wearing masks have clashed with police after a funeral held for two alleged female militants, who were killed in a police operation in Istanbul, when armed men shot down a police drone at the scene.

The co-chairs of the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP), Selahattin Demirta? and Figen Yüksekda?, have filed declarations of their property to the Turkish parliament.

The move came a day after Republican People's Party (CHP) head Kemal K?l?çdaro?lu made the same move, while also declaring the properties of his spouse and his son.

The co-chair of Turkey's Kurdish-issues-focused Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP), Selahattin Demirta?, was unharmed after his car was hit by a bullet on Nov. 22 in an apparent assassination attempt, party executives said. Police officials, however, have said the damage on Demirta?'s car was not caused by a gunshot.

The Nov. 1 elections were conducted under unfair conditions that included violence and massacres, the Peoples' Democratic Party's (HDP) co-chairs said in their first evaluations of the polls, in which their party just squeaked over the 10 percent electoral threshold.

A bomb that killed at least 30 and wounded 100 in Suruç, a Turkish town by the Syrian border right across the Kurdish-held Syrian town of Kobane, went off July 20. But the journey of those killed had started a day before.  

Peoples? Democratic Party (HDP) co-leader Figen Yüksekda? has blamed Prime Minister Ahmet Davuto?lu for hypocrisy vis-à-vis his reactions against violence committed inside the country and committed abroad.
