UN wants $4.2 billion for Ukraine aid in 2024
The United Nations said yesterday it will need $4.2 billion to provide humanitarian aid in Ukraine in 2024, and to help millions of refugees who have fled the war-torn country.

Israeli strikes kill dozens in refugee camp
The Hamas-run health ministry said at least 70 people were killed in an Israeli air strike on Sunday at the Al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza.
Health ministry spokesman Ashraf al-Qudra said the "toll is likely to rise" as many families were thought to be in the area at the time of the strike.

"A far bigger crisis is just beginning"
UN High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi reiterated his call for the borders to remain open and for more countries to share "humanitarian responsibility" with Iran and Pakistan for 500.000 Afghans, who are expected to flee Afghanistan by the end of the year.
Iran and Pakistan have already received about 2.2 million Afghans.
