ORAHOVAC - Serbian Minister of Labour, Employment, Veteran Care and Social Affairs Aleksandar Vulin condemned the attack on displaced Serbs in Djakovica and stated that this and similar incidents can aggravate the process of Belgrade-Pristina negotiations in the continuation of the dialogue in Brussels.

In the cold of winter, young men all over Bulgaria are to jump into rivers and lakes, keeping an old tradition in celebrating the Christian Orthodox feast of Epiphany.

On January 6, known also as St Jordan's day, Orthodox Christians celebrate the baptism of Christ by John the Baptist in the river Jordan, seen as his appearance to the world (epiphany) as the Son of God.

Albanians demonstrate against arrival of displaced Serbs

PRISTINA - Several hundred ethnic Albanians in the Musutiste village in the south of Kosovo-Metohija (KiM) has blocked the passage to the local Orthodox church to prevent displaced Serbs from Suva Reka and the surrounding villages from getting there to celebrate the Feast of the Dormition of the Mother of God.

BRATUNAC – A central manifestation to commemorate 22 years since a crime against Serbs in the Middle Drina valley in Republika Srpska (RS), the Serb entity of Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH), where Muslim forces killed 3,267 Serb civilians and soldiers during a four-year war, was held in the RS town of Bratunac Saturday.
