Hornets sting Warriors in overtime
P.J Washington scored 31 points, including six in overtime, as the Charlotte Hornets beat reigning NBA champion Golden State 120-113 as Stephen Curry's hometown heroics didn't pan out.
The Oklahoma City Thunder also won in overtime on Oct. 29, edging the Mavericks in Dallas 117-111.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the Thunder with 38 points, six rebounds and nine assists.

Giannis scores 42 to lead Bucks over Celtics
Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 42 points, grabbed 12 rebounds and passed off eight assists to spark defending champion Milwaukee over Boston 103-101 on May 7 in the NBA playoffs.
The Greek superstar center also had two blocked shots and two steals for the Bucks, who seized a 2-1 lead in the best-of-seven Eastern Conference second round series, which continues at Milwaukee on today.

Embiid scores 41 points as Sixers rout Pacers
Joel Embiid scored 41 points as the Philadelphia 76ers bagged their 50th win of the season with a crushing 133-120 victory over the Indiana Pacers on April 9.
Embiid produced another dominant performance that enhanced his claims to the NBA's Most Valuable Player award, finishing with 20 rebounds and four assists in addition to his 41-point haul.

Kyrie Irving returned from a two-week absence to score a season-high 38 points and lead the Brooklyn Nets to a nail-biting 126-123 win over the NBA champion Milwaukee Bucks on Feb. 26.
Irving's decision not to be vaccinated against COVID-19 means he cannot play home games because of New York's vaccine mandate. But he showed no sign of rust against the Bucks.
LeBron returns with triple-double
LeBron James returned from a five-game absence due to injury and had a triple-double of 29 points, 13 rebounds, 10 assists, and the Los Angeles Lakers rallied from a 21-point, second-quarter deficit, beating the New York Knicks 122-115 in overtime Feb. 5 night.

Ja Morant scores 34 points, Grizzlies beat Wizards 115-95
Ja Morant scored 34 points, his sixth straight game of at least 30 points, and the Memphis Grizzlies built an early lead in a 115-95 victory over the Washington Wizards on Jan. 29 night.
"I don't think there's too many teams more exciting than us," Morant said about the team chemistry and exciting plays that are part of the Grizzlies' makeup.
