Moody’s calls for reform implementation to boost Greek growth
Greece's credit profile is constrained by the country's elevated debt burden, moderate growth prospects and weak banking system, Moody's Investors Service said in an annual report Thursday, adding that the new government's implementation of reforms agreed with lenders would bolster growth.
Moody's says enhanced surveillance is credit positive
Moody's Investors Service said in an annual report on Thursday that Greece's (B3 positive) credit profile is supported by the substantial debt relief granted by the country's euro-area creditors in June, while the enhanced surveillance of the country is a credit positive development for the international ratings agency.
Rating firms refute Tsakalotos
Rating agencies are not concerned whether Greece will opt for a "clean exit" or a precautionary credit line as far as any upgrades of Greek bonds out of junk status to investment grade are concerned. What matters is that Greece is under strict supervision - with terms and conditions - which requires the implementation of the agreed reforms.

Moody's: Impasse on bailout raises risks for Greece
An impasse between the International Monetary Fund and eurozone member states on Greek bailout talks is "credit negative" for Greece, ratings agency Moody's said.
Greek Finance Minister Euclid Tsakalotos was scheduled to meet European officials in Brussels on Friday in an attempt to break a logjam in the bailout talks, state television reported.
