Grigor Dimitrov Beat David Goffin in Quarter-finals

Bulgarian fourth seed Grigor Dimitrov reached his first Monte Carlo Masters semi-final with a hard-fought win over Belgium's David Goffin.

Dimitrov, 26, won 6-4 7-6 (7-5) against sixth seed Goffin, who was leading 5-1 in the second set.

Spain's world number one Rafael Nadal takes on Austrian third seed Dominic Thiem with the winner playing Dimitrov.

Grigor Dimitrov Remains Fourth in the World Tennis Rankings

Grigor Dimitrov remained fourth in the world tennis rankings. The best Bulgarian tennis player, who dropped out last week in the second round of the Masters Series in Indian Wells, has a total of 4600 points.

He is already in Miami where he is preparing for his next tournament. The competition starts on March 21 and Dimitrov is placed under number 3 in the scheme.

Grigor Dimitrov is Aiming for Title №9

Grigor Dimitrov starts his participation in the "ATP 500" category tournament in Dubai with the ambitions for a ninth title and return to third place in the world rankings. The 26-year-old Bulgarian is placed under number 1 in the scheme after the departure of Roger Federer, and if he reaches the final, he will replace Marin Cilic from the 3rd place in the world ranking.

Grigor Dimitrov retains his fourth position in the ATP world rankings. The Bulgarian did not play tournaments last week, preparing for the Dubai race.

Dimitrov has 4635 points, ranking the oldest leader in the standings - 36-year-old Roger Federer (10,105), Rafael Nadal (9760 points) and Marin Cilic (4960 points).

Grigor Dimitrov Continues to be No. 3 World Tennis

Grigor Dimitrov is No. 3 in the world rankings. The Bulgarians failed to defend his title from Brisbane and lost 160 points from his assets.

With 4990, the Bulgarian led with 380 points the fourth Alexander Zverev, who had not yet participated in an official tournament in 2018, and in the first week of the new year he was in Perth for Hopman Cup.

Official: Grigor Dimitrov will Play at the ATP Finals in London

Grigor Dimitrov achieved one of his biggest goals for 2017. The Bulgarian will officially play in the final ATP Masters next month in London, reports Sportal. 

Marin Cilic who is 4th in the world ranking also qualified along with Dimitrov to the last  tournament of the season. They took advantage of Sam Querrey's loss in the first round of the tournament in Vienna.
