Constitutional Court Rules Bosnian Serb Broadcaster Slandered Journalist
Upholding an earlier ruling, Bosnia's Constitutional Court has ruled that Republika Srpska's public broadcaster, RTRS, slandered the journalist Vladimir Kovacevic.
Suspect Arrested for Attack on Bosnian Journalist
Republika Srpska Interior Minister Dragan Lukac on Monday said local police had arrested a suspect in the case related to the attack on journalist Vladimir Kovacevic on August 26.
"Kovacevic recognized the attacker," Darko Culum, RS Police Director, said at the press conference.

Journalists gathered on Tuesday in Sarajevo, Mostar and Zenica to demand an end to violence against reporters in Bosnia and Heregovina, two days after Vladimir Kovacevic, a journalist at BN TV, one of the main media outlets in Bosnia's Serb-dominated entity, Republika Srpska, was attacked in front of his home in Banja Luka.

Vladimir Kovacevic, a journalist at BN TV, one of the main media in Bosnia's Serb-dominated entity, Republika Srpska, was attacked on Sunday in front of his home in Banja Luka, the administrative centre of the entity, BN TV reported.
"I passed by them [the assailants] without expecting anything to happen to me. Suddenly they attacked me," Kovacevic told BN TV, describing the attack.
