Less than a year after securing another term, Turkish President Erdogan's Justice and Development Party suffered its worst defeat in its 22-year history in Sunday's municipal elections.

All eyes were on Istanbul, where Ekrem Imamoglu easily won reelection and is increasingly cementing his place as Erdogan's political challenger.

The 11th Bursa International Photography Festival (Bursa FotoFest), organized with the cooperation of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality and Bursa Photography Art Association (BUFSAD), will be held from Nov. 19 to 28 with the participation of photographers from different regions.

Two people in Turkey's southeastern province of ?anl?urfa have been arrested for "insulting" President Recep Tayyip Erdo?an on social media.

The two people, identified only by their initials M.?. and F.T., were detained in ?anl?urfa's Suruç district for sharing posts on social media that included "insults and curses" directed at Erdo?an.

A schoolboy, initially thought to be 15, was detained by police in the Central Anatolian province of Kayseri for allegedly ?insulting? President Recep Tayyip Erdo?an before being released when the court determined he was in fact 14.

According to reports, the teenager, identified by the initials Ü. E., spent the night on Oct. 21 in a police station after being stopped by officers outside an Internet café.
