ABBA Voyage

Legendary pop icon Cyndi Lauper, who rose to fame in the 1980s with hits such as "Time After Time" and "Girls Just Want To Have Fun," has entered a partnership with the Swedish masterminds behind the immersive virtual concert ABBA Voyage.

On Saturday night, Kiss closed out the final performance of their "The End of the Road" farewell tour at New York City's famed Madison Square Garden.

But as dedicated fans surely know — they were never going to call it quits. Not really.

Glammed up in satin knickerbockers, sequins and platform boots, ABBA fans streamed into a concert hall in east London on May 27 for the opening night of "ABBA Voyage," the Swedish supergroup's digital avatar show.

Many had crossed continents and had bought tickets for multiple nights.

Swedish pop sensation ABBA made a comeback on Nov. 5 with their new album "Voyage", nearly 40 years after they split up, with a digital avatar concert planned in London.

Agnetha, Bjorn, Benny and Anni-Frid - forming the acronym ABBA - have not released any new music since their split in 1982, a year after their last album "The Visitors".
