Europe's Post-Brexit Financial Capital Will be … London

Michael Bloomberg, the businessman and former New York mayor, said London will remain a global financial capital after Brexit, BBC writes. 

He told the BBC that the UK's departure from the EU would probably slow the capital's growth, but would not see it eclipsed by a European rival.

London's benefits were its culture and the English language, Mr Bloomberg said.

According to the Bloomberg news agency, a Greek official today left open the possibility of the country needing more fiscal measures in 2018, speaking to reporters. The same official stressed that the government is opposed to the IMF’s request to conduct a new AQR assets for banks.

Turkish bus company Metro in talks with European fund: Chair

Galip Öztürk, the chair of Turkey's Metro Holding, has said his intercity bus service company is in talks with a European fund for the sale of shares.

The negotiations could be concluded this month, Bloomberg News' Taylan Bilgiç quoted Öztürk as saying on March 2.

However, the chairman did not cite the name of the fund.

Borsa Istanbul issues statement on 'mysterious investor'

Turkey's main stock exchange, Borsa Istanbul, has said all trading transactions are closely followed and the capital markets watchdog is informed about any suspicious transactions in a written statement on March 12, following a Bloomberg report and the following stories about a mysterious investor, dubbed "the dude," who was said to be responsible for massive transactions in the Turkish markets
