Greece expects to receive 300 thousand vaccines in first tranche
Greece expects to receive 300 thousand Covid-19 vaccine doses in the first tranche which means that 150,000 people will be vaccinated initially (vaccines will require two doses per patient), government spokesman Stelios Petsas told Parapolitika radio on Wednesday.
Petsas said that the immunisation program will be launched in December or January.
"We are monitoring the situation throughout Europe, new measures will be considered"

Serbia Brings In Cuban Lung Cancer Treatment
Sonja Kostic, an oncologist from the Bezanijska Kosa Clinical Centre in Belgrade, told BIRN on Monday that patients are now able to apply to be considered for treatment with the Cuban vaccine.
"The vaccine has arrived and now we just need to define who can take the vaccine since it is only for lung cancer patients who are in the fourth [final] stage of the illness," Kostic said.

Cuban anti-cancer vaccines soon to be available in Serbia
Certain quantities of CimaVax-EGF, a Cuban-developed drug used for lung cancer therapy, will soon be available in Serbia.
A memorandum on the procurement of 1,680 units of the CimaVax-EGF vaccine has been signed between the Cuban CIMAB and the Serbian Institute of Virology, Vaccines and Sera Torlak, the Ministry of Health said on its official website.
