EU Commission charges three banks with rigging

European Union antitrust regulators charged Europe's biggest bank HSBC, US peer JPMorgan and France's Credit Agricole on Tuesday with rigging financial benchmarks linked to the euro, exposing them to potential fines.
The European Commission also said it would charge broker ICAP soon for suspected manipulation of the yen Libor financial benchmark.

Corporate Commercial Bank Acquires Credit Agricole Bulgaria
Bulgaria's Corporate Commercial Bank (KTB) has acquired all assets of Credit Agricole Bulgaria, the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) announced Wednesday.
A deal worth BGN 92 M, which enables KTB to purchase Credit Agricole's Bulgarian unit, has been approved by the Bank Oversight department at the BNB, Bulgaria's bTV channel reported.
Credit Agricole said to seek buyer for $554 million Greek loans
Credit Agricole Leasing Greece, Credit Agricole SAs remaining business in the country, is seeking buyers for around 400 million euros ($554 million) of loans mostly backed by real estate, according to two people with knowledge of the matter.
