"Important to open new EU chapters now, because in 2017..."

Minister without portfolio in charge of EU integration Jadranka Joksimovic says it is important for the country to open new chapters by the end of the year.

She said the importance of this was in the fact 2017 will be "very difficult for the (EU accession) negotiating process" due to elections in key EU member-states.
