Seven convicted for riots outside Belgrade city hall
BELGRADE - The Higher Court in Belgrade has upheld plea agreements signed by seven suspects in the December 24 riots outside the Belgrade City Hall, convicting them for the criminal offences of calling for overthrowing the constitutional order by violent means and/or violent conduct at a sports event or a public gathering.

It is also possible, as stated, to interfere with the election process.
"The chief public prosecutor of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade has ordered increased duty in all basic public prosecutor's offices in the territory of the capital, as well as in the Belgrade VJT", according to the announcement of the VJT.
POS throughout the economy
The government is proceeding with the expansion of card terminals (POS) in 35 sectors of the Greek economy from January 1, 2024.
According to the draft decision, 100% of economic activity is now covered and immediately after the passage of the tax bill, the conditions and fines for those who do not comply will be made public.

COVID-19 fines to be refunded
The top court has annulled the article regarding the non-refundability of the administrative fines paid for violating the mask mandate during the pandemic — paving the way for reimbursement of the already paid penalties.
The court's annulment decision dated April 5 was published in May 24's Official Gazette and entered into force.
