Bulgarian Cabinet Awards Concession for Gorna Oryahovitsa Airport

The Bulgarian government awarded the concession for the airport in the town of Gorna Oryahovitsa to the sole participant in the procedure - Civilian Airport Gorna Oryahovitsa Consortium.

This became clear after the regular meeting of the Council of Ministers on Wednesday, the government's press service informs.

The boys tried to escape after illegally crossing the Turkish border, private TV station TV 7 reported.

They traveled in a truck with Bulgarian registration carrying pallets.

The children have been taken to an accommodation center in Gorna Oryahovitsa.

Power Supply in Flood-Hit Northeastern Bulgaria Returning to Normal

Power supply to flood-hit northeastern Bulgaria is returning to normal, according to Radoslav Tsvetkov from power distributor Energo-Pro.

In a Friday interview for the Bulgarian National Radio (BNR), Tsvetkov made clear that some 7400 customers in Varna, Dobrich and Gorna Oryahovitsa still had no electricity.
