Abundant snowfall and heavy traffic are expected across Bulgaria on Sunday as the worsening of the weather conditions will coincide with the last day of the festive period when many people will be returning from their holidays.
A yellow code for snowfall has been issued for all regions of Bulgaria on Sunday, with forecasts predicting the formation of snow cover.

Chinese companies have demonstrated interest towards major infrastructure projects in Bulgaria.
According to Bulgarian Regional Minister Lilyana Pavlova, the Chinese have showed greatest interest towards the Cherno More (Black Sea) motorway, the planned tunnel under Shipka peak and the Ruse-Svilengrad road.

Repair Works on Bulgaria's Hemus, Trakia Motorways Resume
The repair works on the Hemus and Trakia motorways, which were paused for the high summer season, resumed on Tuesday.
A total of thirty kilometres of Hemus motorway between Shumen and Varna will be renovated, private bTV station informs.
