New Democracy leadership rally: Polls are not open yet due to serious technical problems

The election process for the new leader of New Democracy party should have been started since 7 am on Sunday in 833 polling stations, but polls are not opened yet due to technical problems.

According to information, there are problems with the online system and voters who wanted to vote early in the morning left the polling stations irritated.

Meimarakis and Tzitzikostas neck and neck in leadership rally

A new poll conducted by e-voice company for “Eleftheros Typos news agency shows Vagelis Meimarakis and Apostolos Tzitzikostas will give a fight over the leadership of New Democracy on Sunday.

According to the poll, Vangelis Meimarakis slight leads with 33.54% followed by Apostolos Tzitzikostas with 30.2%, Kyriakos Mitsotakis 19.7% and Adonis Georgiadis 10.54%.
