The late American pianist, conductor and composer Leonard Bernstein who, among others, wrote the music for "West Side Story," will be celebrated at the B&M Theocharakis Foundation for the Fine Arts and Music on Thursday, January 23. Greek pianist Nikolaos Laaris will play a list of the composer's pieces dedicated to his friends and family members.

West Side Story | Athens | October 15-21
The Athens Concert Hall presents Leonard Bernstein's classic "West Side Story" in a Greek production featuring translated prose and English lyrics. Shows take place on October 15, 19, 20 and 21, starting at 8 p.m., and on October 16 at 5 p.m.
