Suspect for Arson Attack on Kosovo Journalist’s House Detained

Pristina Basic Court on Monday ordered 30 days of detention for A.L., suspected for setting fire to the house of Alban Selimi, a staffer on Kosovo's public broadcaster, Radio Television of Kosovo, RTK, on Thursday.

The garage which is part of the house located in Fushe Kosove/Kosovo Polje, near Pristina, was heavily damaged by the fire. No casualties were reported.

At a press conference after his meeting with Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic in Bratislava on Tuesday, Pellegrini "stressed that his country continues to strongly support the territorial integrity of Serbia, and is not changing its stance on the unilaterally declared independence of Kosovo," Tanjug is reporting.

Two names removed from list of states that recognize Kosovo

The Kosovo Ministry of Foreign Affairs has published an updated list of countries that have recognized Kosovo, Tanjug reported on Friday.

The agency cited the Pristina-based Albanian language daily Koha Ditore, which writes that Nigeria and Uganda have been removed from the list - and that Pristina never received their recognition notes.
