Greece's Health Ministry confirmed on Thursday morning its tenth Covid-19 case.

It involves a Greek woman who had recently traveled with the man diagnozed as the ninth case of the new coronavirus to Israel and Egypt, authorities said.

The patient has been transferred to an isolation unit at a hospital of Patras, western Greece.

Public health officials on Wednesday started tracing everyone believed to have come into close contact with Greece's ninth confirmed coronavirus case, who recently traveled to Israel and Egypt as part of a group.

Turkey announced it would begin sharing information on how to deal with the ongoing novel coronavirus outbreak with nine countries including Iran via online communication applications Skype and Zoom.

The Health Ministry announced that the number of Greece's confirmed coronavirus cases has increased to nine.
The man, who had recently traveled to Israel and Egypt, is now in quarantine at a hospital in Patra in the Peloponnese. 
Public health officials have begun tracing the patient's other close contacts to ensure that appropriate measures are in place.

Portugal has registered the first two cases of coronavirus on its territory today, with one of the infected recently traveling to Italy and the other returning from Spain. The two were admitted to a hospital in the city of Porto.

A Greek woman who recently returned home from northern Italy became Greece's fourth coronavirus case and is being closely monitored, health authorities said on Friday.
The 36-year-old woman has been admitted to a coronavirus isolation unit of the capital's Attikon Hospital.

The first case of the new coronavirus has been confirmed in Northern Ireland. This was reported by BTA, citing local authorities.

The head of the Northern Ireland Health Service, told reporters that the patient was traveling from Italy through Dublin.

The number of novel coronavirus cases in Europe continues to rise, with more countries on the continent confirming their first cases.      

French Health Minister Olivier Veran said that the number of coronavirus cases in the country has risen to 38.
