Oleg Petkov Appointed Deputy Chair of Bulgaria's National Security Agency
Bulgaria's government has appointed Oleg Petkov Deputy Chair of the State Agency for National Security (DANS).
Petkov replaces Vanya Stefanova, who asked to be removed from office, according to the press office of the government.
Petkov has completed an MA degree at the Orenburg Polytechnic University.
He has worked at Bulgaria's National Security Service and at DANS.
Russian Tourists Stranded At Bulgaria's Burgas Airport
More than 200 Russian tourists are stranded at the airport of Bulgaria's coast city of Burgas, reports the Nova TV national channel.
The reason is the bankruptcy of the major Russian touroperator Labirint.
