Plane Crashed near Plovdiv, Two Died

Two people died after a small plane fell in the land near the stadium of the village of Orizari in Plovdiv.

The identity of the pilot has been established. His companion is unknown. According to eyewitnesses, the wing of the plane has broken into the air.

The incident happened around 10:20 am this morning. The fire department and the police are in place. 

FYROM ex-prime minister loses appeal over prison term

A former prime minister of Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) on Friday lost his final appeal against serving a two-year prison sentence over corruption-related charges.

A panel of judges at the Skopje criminal court said in a statement that they rejected Nikola Gruevski's appeal after "reviewing all the facts and evidence" in the case.

A Driver Killed a Pedestrian and Escaped Near Plovdiv

A man died after being hit by a car on the road Plovdiv - Peshtera after the village of Orizari in the direction of Plovdiv, reported by the Interior Ministry.

The incident signal was reported after 21:30 last night.

The identity of the man who died is still unclear.

The driver of the car has escaped, the police are searching for him.
