EC: Bulgaria will have to Comply with the Istanbul Convention, even if it has Not Ratified it
Bulgaria will have to comply with the Istanbul Convention, even if it has not ratified it, if it is approved by the EU Council, according to the European Commission.
The European Parliament is expected to approve its ratification at its plenary session in Strasbourg on Wednesday.
Bulgaria Consents to UPC's Provisional Application Phase
The Council of the EU has recorded here that Bulgaria deposited its instrument of ratification of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) Agreement's Protocol on Provisional Application (PPA) with the Council's General Secretariat on 24 July 2018.
