Macedonian PM confirms he'll resign "before January 15"
Macedonian Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski has confirmed that he will tender in his resignation before January 15.
He said he would do this to allow for the formation of an interim government that will prepare early parliamentary elections, scheduled for April 24.
